RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Crimson Craft, we take pride in the custom nature of our 3D-printed creations. Because every item is made-to-order based on your specific requests, we ask that you review our policy regarding returns and expectations.

1. Product Disclaimer

Before ordering, please keep the following in mind:

  • Fan Art Notice: Some products are fan-made creations. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any official brands, companies, or franchises.

  • 3D Printing Characteristics: Minor imperfections are a natural part of the additive manufacturing process. These are not considered defects:

    • Slightly visible layer lines.

    • Minor surface variations.

    • Occasional unevenness at joints (varies by model).

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, but only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or material selections confirmed prior to printing.

  • Change of mind after production has started.

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing (as noted above).

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. How to Start a Request

To begin a return or report a damaged item, email us at run.software2020@gmail.com with:

  1. Order Number

  2. Clear photos of the item/issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

Note: Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges: Since everything is made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If an issue is approved, we will reprint and replace the item.

  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
