SECTION 2 – THE 3D PRINTING SERVICE MODEL

Crimson Craft operates strictly as a 3D printing service provider. Our service offers clients the technical capability to manifest their desired figures or designs into physical objects.

• Print-to-Order: We do not maintain a mass-produced inventory; every item is printed based on a specific service request.

• Reference-Based Manufacturing: Any anime-inspired or character-inspired designs are based on visual references provided for the printing process.

• Trademark Disclaimer: Running Software Inc does not claim ownership of any trademarks, character names, or intellectual property (IP) associated with existing anime or media franchises. All such rights belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING

1. Licensed Third-Party Designs

We maintain commercial print licenses to legally produce physical versions of designs from creators including, but not limited to:

• N3D (Commercial Print License)

• Chris Print Labs (Commercial License)

• Tacticrafts (Commercial License Holder)

2. Client Responsibility

Clients requesting custom prints warrant that the item is for personal use only. The client assumes all responsibility for ensuring that their requested design does not infringe upon the IP rights of third parties. Running Software Inc reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright or trademark laws.

SECTION 4 – 3D PRINTING DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing (3D printing):

• Minor surface variations, visible layer lines, and slight joint tolerances are inherent to the process.

• These characteristics are standard results of the manufacturing method and are not considered defects.

• Final product colors may vary slightly from digital renders due to material batches and screen settings.

SECTION 5 – ACCESS, ORDERS, AND PAYMENTS

• Eligibility:

• Finality: Because we provide a custom-made service, orders cannot be canceled once the printing process has commenced.

• Secure Billing: We use third-party gateways (Credit/Debit, GCash). Running Software Inc does not store your sensitive financial details on our servers.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND LIABILITY

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is handed to the shipping carrier. Running Software Inc is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the client.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Running Software Inc, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product purchased.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
